Welcome! My name is Zak, and I am an amateur bowler, pro shop worker, and owner of the ZVL Bowling social media pages. I break down every aspect of the sport of bowling for all to understand, appreciate, and learn from!

I've been bowling for 10 years and in that time, I've had a deep interest into bowling balls, ball motion, and everything to do with the equipment side of the sport. Somewhere along the way, I realized there was a huge gap between what bowlers want to know and how confusing the information on the internet is. So I started creating the content I wished existed when I first joined the sport: clear, honest, and useful advice.

My goal is to bring you straightforward explanations on ALL things bowling, whether that be layouts, ball guides, coaching tips, or anything in between!

When I'm not creating content, I'm either working my day job (a software developer), working at my local pro shop (Champion's Pro Shop in Owatonna, MN), taking a break from bowling by playing video games (Pokemon and Nintendo games are #1), or spending time with my fiancé!
